Tailored IT solutions for YOUR business — since 2005
Secure Workplace AI

AI your business can actually trust at work

Your team is already using AI — the only question is whether it's governed. OST deploys Anthropic's Claude platform with a security-first, phased approach: policies before pilots, pilots before rollout, and human review standards throughout. Productivity without the compliance heartburn.

The problem nobody is admitting

Shadow AI is already inside your walls

  • Somewhere in your company right now, someone is pasting business information into a free consumer chatbot. Not maliciously — they're trying to work faster, and nobody gave them a sanctioned alternative.

  • That's the real AI risk for most businesses under 500 employees: not the technology itself, but *ungoverned* use of it. Client data in consumer tools with unclear retention. Work product nobody reviews. No policy, no audit trail, no answer when a customer — or a regulator — asks how you use AI.

  • Banning AI doesn't work; it just drives usage further underground while competitors get faster. The answer is giving your team something better than the tools they're sneaking: a sanctioned, secured, genuinely capable AI platform with rules everyone understands.

Why We Deploy Claude

01

Your data is not training material

Anthropic's commercial offerings are designed so customer data is not used to train models by default — a baseline requirement for confidentiality obligations.

02

Enterprise Controls

Single sign-on through your existing identity provider, role-based provisioning, and administrative oversight of usage.

03

Works where your data lives

Native Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration — the stack most of our customers already run (and that we already manage).

04

Strength where your business needs it

Long-document analysis, drafting, and reasoning — contracts, workpapers, policies, technical memos, client communications.

How it works

Governance first.  Then, and only then, deployment

01- Foundation and Governance (Weeks 1-4)

AI readiness assessment, a data governance and acceptable-use policy your leadership signs off on, security architecture review, and SSO/identity integration. The rules of the road come before the vehicles.

02- Pilot (Weeks 5-10)

Claude deployed to a 20–30 person pilot group with pre-built, department-specific project contexts, hands-on training, and weekly office hours. Concludes with a measured ROI report against Phase 1 baselines.

03- Company-Wide Rollout (Weeks 11-18)

Staged license expansion by department, knowledge-base activation (Claude connected to SharePoint/M365 so staff can query company knowledge), a champions network, and adoption dashboards for leadership.

04- Workflow Automation (Months 5-9)

AI moves from assistant to infrastructure: governed integrations with your business systems — read-only first, human-in-the-loop always — automating document intake, review, and reporting workflows.

05- Managed IT Services (Ongoing)

Usage and governance reporting, model updates, new use-case development, and quarterly business reviews. AI is not a set-and-forget purchase; we run it like the rest of your managed environment.

Give your team the AI they're already asking for — safely

Start with a readiness conversation. We'll tell you honestly where AI will pay off in your business, what it should cost, and what to put in writing before anyone touches it.

01

Security Posture

Written policy before any business data touches AI — data classification, acceptable use, and review requirements aligned with your professional and regulatory obligations- Human review required on all client-facing AI-assisted work product- Identity-governed access — everything flows through your existing SSO; no orphan accounts- Monitored like the rest of your stack — OST's security tooling watches AI usage alongside everything else we protect- Quarterly governance reviews with your leadership for the strictest requirements: private deployment on AWS. For organizations with data-residency mandates or existing AWS commitments, we deploy Claude through Amazon Bedrock entirely within your own AWS account — traffic over AWS PrivateLink never touches the public internet, with AWS IAM, KMS encryption, and AWS CloudTrail audit logging end to end. It's the same cloud discipline as our AWS migration practice, applied to AI.

02

Who is this for?

Accounting and professional services firms drowning in document-heavy busy seasons. Healthcare organizations where confidentiality is law, not preference. Banks and credit unions answering to examiners. Construction firms buried in bids, submittals, and RFIs. If your business runs on documents, deadlines, and confidentiality obligations, a governed AI deployment typically targets 20–30% less time on document preparation and dramatically faster drafting — with your review standards intact. We baseline before we deploy, so the ROI is measured, not promised.

03

Why OST?

AI deployment isn't a software install — it's an identity, security, data, and change-management project. That's IT work, and it's what we've done for twenty years. We already manage the Microsoft 365 environments, networks, and security stacks these deployments live in; we host our lunch-and-learns on exactly these topics with partners like Check Point; and as an AWS Partner we can take the private-deployment path most AI consultants can't. One partner, one governed architecture — not a patchwork of vendors pointing at each other.
